Create and display your advertisement on the Silicon network.

• Posting your advertisement
• Promotion and display on the SiLiCON website
• Share once on SiLiCON’s Social Media (Facebook/Instagram))
• Any progress on your advertisement, interview process, and final selection will be solely handled by you.

Select Basic Advertisement to get more exposure.

• Drafting the advertisement (provide relevant details about the job profile, specific skills, abilities, and qualifications required to fill the position)
• Promotion and display of the advertisement on the SiLiCON website
• Promotion on other local media, as per the needs of the position
• Sharing twice a week for two weeks on SiLiCON’s Social Media (Facebook/Instagram)

We tailor your advertisement with a specialized Silicon representative to meet the needs of modern competition.

All the provisions of the previous package, plus:

• Processing and managing candidate Interest Emails.
• Processing candidates’ resumes and ranking them based on their formal qualifications, professional experience, educational background, and communication skills (an Excel file will be attached).
• Selection based on the above requirements.
• Continuation of the process (interviews), and the final selection will be made by you.

All the provisions of the previous packages, plus:

• Planning and conducting interviews for candidates who meet the basic qualifications, to gain insight into their personality and to make the final evaluation.
• Additional (2nd) interviews for the most suitable candidates for the position, with more specific and targeted questions.
• Evaluation report and resumes of the most successful candidates for the position (PDF files will be attached).
• Responsive emails/phone calls for candidates who were rejected, with a reasoned response to ensure the social profile of the company.
• You will be provided with a list of 3-5 candidates resulting from the interviews conducted.
• The final evaluation and decision will be made by you.

*The process of replacing the employee within a two-month period from the date of hiring, if required for any reason and cause, is included.
